All models are Made In the United States Of America, with SENTAC tm, a
visco-elastic polymer gel developed in 1985 by John R. (Jack) Schweitzer.
These REALISTIC BREAST FORMS - POST MASTECTOMY BREAST FORMS, sometimes referred to as MASTECTOMY BREAST PROSTHESIS, in both standard and plus size have softness, flexibility and exhibit gentle and realistic movement when worn in POST MASTECTOMY BRAS - POST MASTECTOMY SWIMSUITS or other mastectomy apparel.
The soft, flat backs contour immediately to the chest wall configuration. They have a matte surface covering that exhibits a tactile nature closely replicating human skin. This unique skin system helps keep the breast form from shifting or sliding around in the pockets of the mastectomy bras or other mastectomy garments.
The plus size mastectomy breast prosthesis, largest made in the USA, are available in both the full weight post mastectomy breast forms and the new lightweight breast forms. These breast forms are not plastic feeling. They are mastectomy swimwear safe in chlorine treated, plain or salt water. They are repairable if the skin system of the breast form is cut or punctured.

This "Light Weight" breast prosthesis is made with the same SENTACTM visco-elastic gel that is used for the "Full Weight" prosthesis. It has the same softness but the weight has been reduced more than 15%. The Light Weight breast forms are made with SENTACTM visco-elastic gel. NO FOAM IS USED to achieve the weight reduction.

WARRANTY
A LITTLE HELP model, sizes 1 through 10, THE ALTERNATE model, small through X-Large and Standard PLUS SIZE breast prosthesis have a 12 month replacement warranty.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship of other than a cosmetic nature.
The Warrantor will be responsible, solely, for furnishing a repair or replacement for these post mastectomy breast forms, and will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred for their repair or replacement. The Warrantor has the right to determine the condition of the product returned for exchange or refund. If there are any signs of wear, the product will be returned to the customer via USPS Priority mail and postage charged to the customer.

The XX Large Special Edition is NOT INCLUDED in this refund policy.
EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges for model or size must be approved by email or by telephone.
One exchange for size for the same model will be allowed with a $12 shipping and handling charge.
One exchange will be allowed for a different model. The price difference plus an additional $25 will be charged, to partially cover the cost of production for the new CUSTOM MADE prosthesis and the shipping and handling required.

They meet or exceed commercial standards of quality and durability for post mastectomy breast forms. They are designed for post mastectomy swimsuits, post mastectomy bras, post mastectomy sleepwear and other garments that are produced with pockets for breast forms. The A LITTLE HELP post mastectomy products are safe for use in fresh, chlorinated or salt water environments. They have a puncture resistant skin and are repairable if accidentally damaged.
