A LITTLE HELP model,  sizes 1 through 10, THE ALTERNATE model, small through Xlarge and Standard PLUS SIZE breast prosthesis have a 12 month replacement warranty.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship of other than a cosmetic nature.

The warrantor will be responsible, solely, for furnishing a repair or replacement for these post mastectomy breast forms, and will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred for their repair or replacement. The Warrantor has the right to determine the condition of the product returned for exchange or refund. If there are any signs of wear, the product will be returned to the customer via USPS Priority mail and postage charged to the customer.

A refund of the purchase price or an exchange for size is offered for 15 days from the date of the delivery of the order provided the breast form has NOT BEEN WORN. Shipping and Handling costs, will be charged to the customer for all exchanges for model or size. The product must be returned by USPS Priority mail, in an unused condition and placed on the bottom of the box with the flat side down on the pad in the bottom and the packing placed around and over the breast form.
